The Coaching and Mentoring for Leaders programme is designed to provide leaders and line managers with the competencies, mindset and confidence to use coaching to develop their team members’ performance.
The Coaching and Mentoring for Professionals course is a unique course designed for internal experts (such as project managers, HR, Finance, Risk etc) and external professionals (consultant, solicitors, accountants etc) who wish to use a coaching style to enhance the impact of their professional services to colleagues or clients.
The courses require just 2 days of workshop based training and 6-8 weeks of coaching practise back in the workplace.
Both courses are accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the leading European professional body, and have received their prestigious European Quality Award.
The courses are run as in-house courses with 6-9 participants. We also run some open courses subject to demand.
The price per participant for in-house courses are £2,250 (£1,800 for DUCC members) and £2,500 for open courses (£2,000 for DUCC members) (prices are exclusive of VAT).
