Danish Club, The

The Danish Club, in Hill Street in the heart of fashionable Mayfair, represents a rich Danish heritage in the UK, with roots going back to 1863, and a patron in the form of  Queen Margrethe II.   The aim of the Club is to maintain and enhance links with members of the Anglo-Danish community in Great Britain by means of social get-togethers, special events and lectures. The Club's private and corporate members cover a wide range of ages, interests and industries, and our events are tailored with emphasis on diversity, culture, networking and inspiration.   The Club occupies a listed Georgian town house, which is both elegant and comfortable.  With its central location (and free parking!), it is an ideal place to stay in London, whether for business or pleasure, with 25 bedrooms, two restaurants, two bars and several meeting rooms available for hire by its members (subject to availability).   Please see our new website for membership application and more details about upcoming events .
